Northrock Industries warranties our concrete vibrators and grinders against manufacturing and material defects for the life of the product. We will repair or replace, at our option any item that we find warrantable. We will not cover failures caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, low voltage in the operation of electric motors and in the use of the product for any purpose for which it was not intended. To initiate a claim, please contact the factory to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
